BSB41515 Certificate IV in Project Management Practice
The Institute of Project Management is proud to offer the Australian government accredited BSB41515 Certificate IV in Project Management Practice.
This course is delivered as an eight (8) day series of facilitated workshops.
Delivered in two (2) day blocks, each one month apart, these workshops are wholly hands on as you design and deliver a highly entertaining multimedia project using the best-practice principles of project management.
Over the course of the program, you will also develop a portfolio of assets common to project management. These include:
- Stakeholder register
- Business case
- Project charter
- WBS / schedule / budget
- Risk register
- Team member position description
- Status report
The final assessment task invites you to critically reflect upon the performance of your project.
